GiftAudio creates personalised songs from the details you provide (recipient, occasion, message and music preferences) using artificial-intelligence generation services. In partner shops, an animated video may also be offered.

GiftAudio is available as an online guest order, through a personal account with prepaid credits, with a GiftAudio Gift Card, and in partner shops using a GiftAudio tablet.

Generated songs are created automatically. Your message inspires the lyrics but is not sung word for word, and results can vary. Each guest order produces one song version.

• Prices are shown before you confirm. Credit packages are sold at the fixed price shown in the selected currency (EUR or ALL); no currency conversion is applied.
• A song uses 5 credits and a video song uses 8 credits, unless shown otherwise at checkout.
• Credits are added to a personal account only after the payment provider confirms the payment.
• In partner shops, the customer pays the shop directly; the shop's prepaid balance is used to create the gift.

• A Gift Card holds a credit balance with a value in the currency in which it was bought or issued.
• Treat the Gift Card code like cash: anyone who has the code can use the balance. Keep it private.
• A Gift Card can be used for guest songs or redeemed into a verified personal account. Redemption moves the full remaining balance and closes the card.
• Cards obtained through fraud or misuse may be blocked.

You are responsible for the names, messages, photos and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that uses another person's photo without permission. We may refuse or remove such content.

You may use and share the song created for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Song links and files are kept only for a limited time (see the Privacy Policy). Please download or share your song before the link expires; expired media cannot be restored.
